The Excelsior Knife Co. is an old brand which is revitalized now by the Daniels family. These are a line of knives directly crafted by the knife makers that also design them. By pushing the envelope on quality features that are not normally seen in factory made knives, we are able to give you a product that is not only superior, but also unique.
